A proud Las Vegas native, Cassidy brings a lifelong connection to his community and a deep understanding of its people and neighborhoods. After graduating from Bishop Gorman High School, he went on to earn dual degrees in English and Economics from Columbia University in New York City. With a professional background spanning finance, accounting, and real estate investing, Cassidy naturally transitioned into real estate in 2015—combining his analytical expertise with his passion for helping clients achieve their goals. His dedication and results have earned him recognition both locally and nationally as an expert in Las Vegas real estate, as well as a respected leader at Platinum Real Estate Professionals.
Beyond his career, Cassidy is devoted to family, community, and service. He coaches his son’s sports teams and serves on several boards, including as President of the Columbia Club of Las Vegas and Director of the Care Coalition. Cassidy’s commitment to education and outreach also extends to his alma maters—Columbia University and Bishop Gorman High School. Alongside his wife, Fortune Glasse-Cotten, a disaster relief attorney and advocate, Cassidy finds fulfillment in raising their son, Cassidy James II, and giving back to the community that shaped him.
